Do Pregnacare Conception Pills Help In Conceiving?

Hi, I got married in April and got pregnant right away but unfortunately had to go for a d&c in july because no foetal pole was seen in the ultrasound. Our doc asked us to wait for two menstrual cycles before trying again. Now we are trying for the past two months but no positive results.. Recently I visited the doc (on the 8th day of my period) to consult about the issue. The doc prescribed me to take Pregnacare Conception pills regularly. She said that these would help me in healthy pregnancy. I want to ask if it is safe or not to take any tablets to get pregnant? Please give any suggestions that can help me in healthy and safe pregnancy. Thanks.

Hello,

I think the first d&c procedure you had due to undeveloped foetal pole is just a casual event and doesn't mean that you will have difficulty conceiving.

In a month a woman has 40% possibility of being pregnant so it is not necessary to get pregnant in a month.

You should get pregnant within a year. Just wait and you will soon be pregnant.
