Hi Prakash

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

A grade 2 Fatty liver when associated with high lipids points towards dyslipidemia. I advise you to get your lipids checked and have a treatment plan with your doctor for the same. You should not neglect this condition.

Take care.

I saw a doctor this morning for severe pain in my lower abdomen. Doctor prescribed Rabeprazole, domperidon, sparfloxacin and tiemonium methylesulfate for 7 to 10 days for my ache. With medication I am feeling better now. He also advised me to do tests: ultra-sonogram of whole abdomen, blood CP and urine RE. Report says that my lever has got enlargement (13.89 cm) and I have fatty liver grade 2. My urine RE report is ok. However, blood CP says WBC total count is little high (11.6). I am worried about the liver enlargement. Please advice me what should I do now?

I am a chronic pain patient who is recieving opiate therapy, I had a gallbladder attack in 2003 and now I am having gallbladder pain again. My Doctor thinks that the morphine that I am taking is causing my gallbladder woes. My sister had her gallbladder out along with my father plus my whole family suffers from hyperlipidemia. If its not that than he says it must be caused by hyperalgesia, but I have not been escalating my dose or having alot of breakthrough chronic pain. I feel like he is not listening to me and that I will lose my pain management. what can I do or say to help my situation? thank you for your time!
