Do I Have High Blood Pressure ?

evert time i laugh my hurt hurts a little (im 14 i weigh 120 and the day before all this started i took in a lot of salt, and if so what can i do to lower my blood pressure

You cannot know if your BP is high unless your school nurse or family doctor check it. You should try to keep salt to a minimum, even as a teen. It is probably nothing serious but talk to someone who can check it out.
