Do I Have A Kidney Infection ?

have a temperature of 99.3, and my usual is around 96.5. I have a constant ache in my lower back that is made worse with movement or deep breaths. I get suddenly extremely nauseous but never actually vomit. I am also very tired and moody. Do I have a kidney infection, or do I need to go to the ER?

Why you want to take chances..go to ER, get a check done..it can be either kidney or your pancreas issue..do not neglect, these symtoms if go worse, then will be too bad..
