My MRI of the brain findings read: generalized volume loss is demonstrated with prominence of the sulci, most prominently at the convexity. Otherwise, the basilar cisterns, ventricles, and sulci are unremarkable. Focal and confluent areas of hyperintense T2/FLAIR signal are seen in the pericentricular deep and subcortical white matter that are nonspecific in nature and could be related to microvascular disease; however, other etiologies cannot be excluded. I can see 2 and one half Dawson s fingers perpendicular to the corpus callosum. Do I have MS?
