Do Ganaton, Duphalac And Nexpro Have Any Side Effects?

I am suffering with actute acidty problem. Immediately after eating food my stomach bloats, I face actue discomfort as air does not come out. mostly my mouth remains dry and bitter. Sometimes I get burning sensation. Though motion is not hard, incomplete feeling in passing stools. medicine prescribed were ganaton 50mg, nexpro rd 40, & duphalac. Doctor please tell me are there any side effects.

your concern being appreciated, Hyperacidity is there but it must be associated with intestinal infection, dry mouth could be due to the medicine you are on, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to teat this case with Tab Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid three times in day 625 mg and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in day, for five weeks, I would advise you to stop taking the medicine or you can discuss about it with the doctor who suggested these medicines hope this information helps.
