Do Ecospirin, Gemer And Insulin Solostar Have Any Side Effects On Long Term Usage?

i am diabetic since last 20 years, angioplasty 4 times in reputed hospitals in delhi and Lucknow, takink cardace meto 5 OD, Ecosprin gold 20, Gemer-2, and insulin solostar. Pl. tell me any side effect in these medicines after long usage. These medicines i am taking regularly since more than 10 years- wu. khan-lucknow-0000

Well come to HCM
All the pharmaceutical agents have some side effects and because of these one can not stop the therapy and when question is for cardiac disease then side effects has got no role but therapy would be more important, hope this information helps, take care (Although all the cardiac medicines are well tolerated even if its being used on long term basis )
