Almost every drug can induce some form of liver dysfunction on prolong use. Here your enzymes elevated mainly because of hepatitis c infection. Your main focus should be life style changes to prevent cirrhosis and by this your enzymes will also come low. -Low trans fat -fruits more -green leafy veg -more water -avoid smoking -limit alcohol -avoid meat, cheese, burger, butter etc -avoid refined sugar -safflower , pea nut, olive like good oil For hypertension take low salt diet.
