Hello! Thank you for writing.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is advising consumers not to purchase or use “Botanical Slimming,” a product for weight loss sold on various websites and in some retail stores. The manufacturer falsely claims on the label that the product is “100% natural.”
FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that “Botanical Slimming” contains sibutramine. Sibutramine is a controlled substance that was removed from the U.S. market in October 2010 for safety reasons. The product poses a threat to consumers because sibutramine is known to substantially increase blood pressure and/or pulse rate in some patients and may present a significant risk for patients with a history of coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, or stroke. This product may also interact in life threatening ways with other medications a consumer may be taking.

Consumers should stop using this product immediately and throw it away. Consumers who have experienced any negative side effects should consult a health care professional as soon as possible.
So I don't recommend you to use it. I think that the best thing is to control your diet, to eat healthy so it will help you lose weight. You should consume a lot of vegetables and fruits. This will help with the blood pressure too( you should absolutely take the blood pressure medicines your doctor prescribed you, regurarly). Control of what you eat and how much you eat is everything. It is better to visit a nutritionist to get a personalised diet and the doctor will see your advance through the measurements of the macjine( how much fat you lose in percentage, and the percentage if your body muscle, which is important. Otherwise I can give you general advices on how ti eat healthy.
For excample.
Breakfast 07:30 one cup of yogurt 2% fat with 5 dry fruits and 2 tablespoons of oat.
10:30-11:00 one cup of yogurt 2% fat and one teaspoon of honey one teaspoon of chias seeds
Lunch 13:30-14:00 120 gram fish and a cup of vegetables:broccoli, cauliflower and 30gram bread
17:00-17:30 2-3 dry fruits and half banane
dinner 20:00-20:30 one toast with two slices of bread one tablespoon of cottage cheese, and one boiled egg.
Exercise: begin with a fast walking for 30 minutes a day. Drink water. Try to not to consume salt( as you suffer from high blood pressure). Thank you. Best regards.
