Hi there, I am a 43 year old female who has been having many episodes of dizzy/ blackout vision when I stand up from sitting or bending! I have also been experiencing some strange heart palpitations! My heart beats fine then seems to jump and miss a beat and carry on it keeps doing this all day! Sitting still or lying down doesn t change it! Nothing does! Would u have any idea why this would happen? Leeza
