Dizzy While Driving, Lightheadedness, Heaviness In Heart. History Of Enlarged Heart, Palpitation. Need Help

i feel dizzy most of the time when im driving, i feel lightheaded. also when im sitting on a chair i feel dizzy. and my heart feels heavy when i get up from bed and i feel like falling over. - i eat ok - i do have a enlarged heart - my heart beats are high, when im walking or anixous. my heart beat is heard all over my body.even my ears. thanks , any answers please reply
