Dizzy, Pressure In Head, Vertigo, Heart Palpitations, Weight Gain, Faint And Motion Sickness. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi, for the last month I get dizzy, pressure in my head, vertigo, heart palpitations, weight gain, feeling of faint and motion sickness everyday at the same time. Whether I'm sitting or up moving around. I'm not currently on any medications or have any health issues. Not sure what's causing it but ready for it to stop. I'm a healthy, 31 year old female. Do you have any idea?

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with two possibilities,

1.the firs one may be,HYPOTHYROIDISM; blood test for thyroid profile ( INCREASED TSH LEVELS ) may confirm the diagnosis

2.second possibility is,MIGRAINE;

possible causes;

-stress
-hereditary
-in liver affections.

kindly rule out the other possibilities like PREGNANCY with urine test and CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS ; x-ray for cervical spine

I hope this is helpful for you,wishing you good health madam. thank you
