Dear bipmukherjee
Do you have any associated ear related symptoms like some sound in the ear, hearing loss or ear discharge. Your vertigo appears to be peripheral in etiology or ear related. Please consult a ENT surgeon who will examine you and may be able to help you.
Take care.
