Dizziness, Sweating, Nausea. Upper Back Pain. Why Did This Happen?
Hi I just suddenly felt dizzy ,sweating , nausea so I laid down on the floor cauz I felt like in gonna faint this is the second time happens to me can u explain please and the last time happened suddenly too ,and I just wanna mention something the two times happened it precede with upper back pain on my left side close to my shoulders , I just found this strange both times same symptoms before hours it happens.thanks in advance
Most likely, you have either ruptured a disc in your spine or caused a muscle spasm that is pulling your spine out of alignment and now pressing against a nerve. The nausea and dizziness are often caused by anxiety that immediately sets in when a person experiences intense pain - this type of reaction to pain is completely normal. But on the other hand if you had chest pain (retrosternal) induced by anxiety/excitement,and the pain remained for a shorter duration and relieved on rest or taking medication (nitroglycerin) then possibly it could be an anginal attack. In such case you must do an ECG done. Feel free to ask questions if any.
