Dizziness, Stress, Loose Stools, Acidity, Weakness, Heaviness In Head. No Chest Pain
Feeling very strange, ive had dizzy spells since August and have been very stressed. Ive been drinking more lately and have had a lot of acid and loose stools during this time. I had quite a few beers last night and feel very strange weak and as if im about to pass out. Im just about to go up to A and E, I dont have chest pains. But my head feels very heavy im very worried please advise.

I would come up with these possibilities for this type of dizziness , these includes.
1 Hypertension or Hypo tension , as these both are responsible for dizziness .Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination at the time of this incident.
2 As you mentioned that there is gastritis and loose motion , so I B S may be a reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy & upper G I endoscopy to rule out any peptic ulcer disease as plenty of alcohol & stress may be the precipitating cause.
3 Anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by examination of hemoglobin level.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as mentioned above.
