Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your description. I sincerely feel that there must be so many other symptoms which you need answer for. You should have mentioned your age and also your occupation.

You are a typical case of stress or depression. You are worrying about so many things especially about your body. From the way you describe yourself it seems that you are idle most of the day. People do have problems nd they ignore it because they have so many other things to do in their life. They are busy. You are idle so you are worrying about your body, not life.

For first, you should consult a general physician who should check your vitals and pathology. Further he shall advice you as to what course you should take.

Hope this answers your doubt. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
