Dizziness, shortness of breath, palpitations. Help?

Hello, I am looking for a blood pressure medication that has few side effects. I am currently taking losartan hctz 100-25 mg. I get dizzy, have vertigo , shortness of breath, and palpitations. I have been on this medication for 3 or 4 years, but my cardiologist suggested that it might be time to change. I am afraid of beta-blockers.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Reduce the dose of HCTZ to 12.5 mg.
Get the electrolytes checked...

No need to be afraid of beta blockers.
There are several. Some are selective. Nebivolol is one...
They help palpitation.
Go ahead.
Discuss with your doctor.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
