Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath, Constipation. Underwent Fbs, Cbc. What Do These Results Indicate?

Hi. I am a 37 year old Filipino male. 264 lbs. 5'11".

Consulted gastroenterologist due to illness symptoms: dizziness, shortness of breath, constipation but with a lot of gas. BP is normal; doctor asked me to undergo FBS & CBC.

Here are the notable results: Uric Acid (Enzymatic): H 490.54 umol/L. SGPT/ALT (Kinetic) H 45.70 U/L. Red Blood Cells H 6.27 x10^12/L. Hematocrit 0.52 Vol. Fract. Neutrophils H 69.6%. Lymphocytes L 21.6%

Your test results mentioned here indicate a high red blood cell count and concentration (hemoconcentration). Your breathlessness can be due to the polycythemia (high red cell concentration) with associated high uric acid levels.
Elevation of neutrophils and SGPT is insignificant.

Please discuss this with your doctor.
I would advise you a detailed physical and lab investigation to look at polycythemia and its complications.
