Dizziness, Numbness In Left Arm And Blurred Vision. Is It Normal During Pregnancy?

Good day doc, i am Jacquelyn 26 y/o.I am pregnant 7 months now and i felt dizzy and my eyes is blurred 3 days already and beside that i feel my left arm is numb and hard to breath feelt little pain in my heart.
Doc what is the cause of this? Is this case is normal with pregnant woman or i have some illnesses or heart problem?
Hope you can give me answer on my question.

Giddiness and blurred vision during pregnancy can be due to many reasons .
But main important are elevated blood pressure or elevated sugar levels.
Hypertension or high blood pressure could be the cause because your experiencing pain in heart.
My recommendation would be check blood pressure and blood glucose levels and consult your doctor if these values are out of range.
