Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Cramps And Irregular Bleeding. Have Nausea And Vomiting. Pregnancy Chances?

Hi I am not on any birth control. I got off my period may 14. My calendar says my ovulation day was may 22. My fiancé and I have been having a lot of sex. Not more then usually but I haven't seen him since march and we spent may 18- may 25 together. Lots of sex. I started spotting may 23 at night and by Friday the 24 it was a heavier bleeding. Monday the 27 it got lighter and stopped. Could this be implantation bleeding? Could I be pregnant? I have been feeling a little light headed and dizzy and having cramps. My body has been kind of sore and I have been feeling very hot lately. I have been feeling nauseous as well an threw up a little 2 times. Can you help me?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.
In your case chances are there because you had unprotected sex and not using any type of contraception.
You should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
Good luck.
Take care.
