The symptoms quoted by you are suggestive of transient ischaemic attack. Transient ischaemic attack is because of momentary decrease in blood supply to brain and manifests as dizziness
headache and blackouts of vision.
The important test required is evaluation of the carotid arteries in neck which supply blood to brain.
Hence I advice you to consult physician doctor or neurologist
for further examination and treatment.
