Dizziness, headache, metallic taste in mouth. Related to menopause?

Hi, I have had some very severe dizzy spells where the room is spinning, even lying down - this gets worse if lying on one side rather than the other. I also have a headache with it, albeit fairly mild but today I also have a strong metallic taste in my mouth. I am 49 years old and wondering if this could be something to do with menopause . Thank you

Dear madam

Post menopausal calcium deficiency might cause migraine like headache.. so I suggest you take a course of calcium and get your vision checked once..

Migraine headache like symptoms needs detailed evaluation and treatment.
