Dizziness, Ears Closed, Weakness, Stomach Swelling Without Eating. Blood Test Done. Unable To Diagnose?

hi Dr. I have been dizzy, my ears closed and weak and an excesive dry throught all the time from day to night for 2 months now. It has progressed a few weeks ago that my stomach swells up very large without eating, last night I ate and everything I vomited out. I have been to 3 dokters and have had blood tests done but they cant tell me what is wrong??

I understand your concerns. I believe that you have gastritis and need to be treated for the same. Common medications used include proton pump indicators and H2 receptor antagonists. I also think that the dizziness is related to your not eating well and not hydrating yourself enough. I hope you are able to correct this. If you are excessively anxious about your condition, consulting with a psychiatrist might also be helpful.
