Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

Based on your symptoms, you seem to be suffering from post-traumatic vertigo or concussion effects after head injury.

The injury seems to be a minor one and there is no need to worry.

At present, for releif, you may take betahistine tablets. You should get better in a week's time.

If not, you may consult a doctor and get a CT scan of head done.

I hope it helps.

Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
