Displacement of solar plexus, stomach pain, endoscopy and ultrasound reports normal, was on fasting for months, body fat decreased

Sir, i feel that my solar plexus (naabhi chakra) has misplaced and now located 1 inch above the naabhi . This position is from last 11-12 years and i feel little pain every time in my stomach . There is no problem found in endoscopy and ultrasound . 11-12 year earlier i fasted for 2-3 months and during that period i eaten only vegetables and this couses decrease in my body fat drastically. Thanks for writing in.

Our human body is made of similar elements and minor differences in anatomical structures is due to the versatility of evolution. Holistic medicine is a branch that is still being understood and learnt.

Anxiety, excess thoughts, stress, depression and gastritis. Gastritis is a major cause of navel dislocation.
Outer reasons are climbing steps in a hurry, long jumps, high jumps, lifting heavy weight alone, standing continuously without rest, etc, are the root causes of navel/solar plexus/Nabhi chakra displacement.

You can bring harmony to your nabhi chakra by avoiding the activities which are known to cause its displacement. Practicing yogic postures will also help.

Hope this helps
