Hi dear thanks for your question on HCM,your urine examination is by and large normal ,except the for the RBC AND PUSS CELL which are abnormal.Your ultrasound report is normal, especially for stone, dear ,small stones which are in ureter are not picked up by ultrasound,as most part of ureter lies ,in retroperitoneum,a portion of abdomen, not easily picked by ultrasound, the second thing ,which is important is how was preparation for ultrasound, and was man who performed the ultrasound ,competent enough, however, ureteric stone produce colicky abdominal pain which you don't have and last of all you could have urinary tract infection without a stone, which is giving you abdominal pain.relax take a course of antibiotic like leofloxcicin, you will be all right.hope you will be benifitted from this answer
