Discharge From My Nipples. What I Need To Do ?

I am 43 years old. I check my breast 1 time a month.If I squeeze my breast Black stuff comes out of my nipple s. Very worried about this.Please let me know what I need to do.

dear pam.. the discharge form the breast can be due to increased levels of the hormone name prolactin.. dont get worried.. consult your doctor get examined n do the prolactin level test..
