Dilated Capillaries On Palms With Red And Swollen Finger Tips. Diagnosed As Chilblaines. Blood Tests Negative For Autoimmune Diseases

HI, My 19 month old daughter has developed very dilated capillaries only on the palms of her hands. Especially her thenar and her hypothenar. Her upper palm, just under the below the bottom of the fingers is even swollen (like little hills). She has had it now for over 6 weeks, getting worst rather than better. Now her fingertips are also red. The doc diagnosed her with Chilblaines. The coldest temperature she was ever exposed to was 14 degrees at night. Usually sleeps at 17. THis started in warm weather. Blood test was all negative for autoimmune diseases and allergies. Her hands do not turn white or blue. Hard to believe that it is Chillblaines as for the weather being quite warm and it lasting for so long and spreading all over the hand.
