Digestive problems, going to toilet late gives headache. Treatment?

Digestive problems-stool more than 7-8 times a day.Not easily pass,need to drink plenty of water to get the pressure.timing also fixed..early morning at 6-6.30AM then after breakfast i.e. 9.30Am then 11.30AM then after lunch i.e after 2 PM i have to go but timing used to vary like 3PM ,4.30 Pm 5 or 5.30 Pm any of these time i have to visit washroom.after dinner everyday i have to visit washroom time is not fixed but yes after dinner i have to go otherwise i am not able to sleep feel uneasy.In this routine if i miss or late to visit will start half headache.i just fed up now.please help me.

Likely you have an irritable bowel - constipation types.
Worthwhile getting an thyroid function test as a cause of constipation and stool examined once. If abnormal need to see doctor urgently.
Can try taking isapgula husk and see if you feel better, it is usually available over the counter.
If you are loosing weight, have blood in stools need to see doctor.
