Difficulty To Reach Orgasm With Sexual Partners. Normal With Masturbation. Guide

HI I'm a 47 year old gay man in an open relationship of ten years. We live in different cities for work reasons. I have very few other partners.
I am struggling to reach orgasm with my partner or even with a casual partner these days.
I can if I masturbate alone... So I have read some online stuff about Delayed Ejaculation. THe psycho-sexual data seems to make sense to me. Control, inability to open myself up etc etc.
Is it going to get worse as I get older, is it going to get worse quickly or gradually?
Will there be a point at which I can even orgasm on my own?
Thanks for looking at this.

Hi
If you can reach orgasm while masturbating, it means either their is not enough penile rubbing due to the loose passage or you are having some issues with your partner so you can;t focus on the pleasureable sensations. The effect of age is also important. there may be reduced level of testosterone leading to less rigid erection and difficulty in ejaculation.
I think what you are going through is pretty normal transition with age. Just work a bit more on fore play. In having sex with a male, there will not be lubrication of the passive partner and passage becomes loose so it may require repiarative surgery for your partner

Good Luck
