Difficulty passing stools, gas. Breastfeeding at present

Hi, Am not sure if this is an indigestion problem. but let me explain my problem. Bowel movement once a day was my normal daily activity in the morning( some times before). slowly i was able to find difference in my bowel movement, i mean i had to go sit in toilet for some time for the stool to come out in the morning. Like this the problem started growing day by day. even after going to bathroom(stool) in the morning and i used to get the feeling of going to bathroom some where in the evening. i used to just get the feeling of passing stools , but when i get in to toilet the stool doesn t come out immediately, i had to sit on toilet for some time for the stool to come out. i was prescribed with some medicines but it was of no use. Day by day this problem has been increased. and today my state is even more worst. While i take my breakfast(i mean as soon as i keep the food in my mouth) or just after i complete my breakfast i just get a feeling of going to bathroom(stool) but the stool doesn t come out. when i get this feeling i run to bathroom to see if the stool comes but no, instead some times gas goes out, and some times not even the gas comes out, whether the gas goes out or not once am back from toilet i feel comfortable till i take any other food. And some times after few hours of completion of breakfast the stool comes out naturally. Once i take lunch the same thing repeats. In case if the stools are not released before my lunch(after the breakfast) after my lunch stools are released some times. i have a 1 1/2 year old baby, am still feeding my baby and with my this health issues am suffering a lot. Please help me out. Am suffering a lot. Thanks, Mamatha

You are suffering from constipation.

Increase amount of fibres in your diet( may add psyllium fibres). Take one teaspoon of triphala powder with one glass of water at time of sleep.
Also take more amount of fluids
