Hello

Thanks for choosing H.C.M. for query.

I had analysed all aspect of your query and after co-relating the symptoms it appears as you are suffering from acute Pharyngitis.

This is an infective disease of throat mostly viral and some times bacterial.

Now may do these test-

1- CBC, Blood sugar (F & PP).

2- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

3- X-Ray paranasal sinuses.

By inferences of above investigations and co-relating them with findings of clinical examination one may reach to final diagnosis that may be accordingly plan for treatment.

Regards.
