Difficulty in studying, find classes boring, unable to focus. Solution?

I ve had a hard time studying lately. I m typically a mostly As student and get Bs in classes I find boring, but I m in 8 classes this semester, none of which I particularly enjoy, am extremely burnt out, and find I just can t focus on these classes I m not loving. This is especially a problem in a busy semester when studying efficiency needs to be high. Is it worth seeing someone, or should I just try and power through?

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

First a physical examination will rule out any physical conditions like anemia which may cause difficulty in focusing on any thing. Some times haemoglobin estimation, thyroid profile may be required. If every thing is normal your attitude towards your studies should change. You should set yourself goal to work on. Think of the importance of studies. Read some motivational books. Get some support from your teacher or psychologist or parents.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
