Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from fecal impaction following constipation. You may also have had some tear at the anal orifice due to excessive straining. You can use stool softeners like Isapgol or get a glycerine enema for evacuation. For relief of pain at the anal opening, you can use local applications of xylocaine jelly or sucralfate cream. Drink lots of water and take fiber diet only. Take advice from your doctor for further management. Take care.
