i m not able to concive since more than a year, today i did ultrasound test. the reports with me.can u tell me wat my reports tell. 1) urinary bladder distended n shows smooth wall, no intraluminal mass or calculi seen,no wall thinkening seen. 2) uterus normal in size with homogeneous myometrial echogenicity witot any definite focal lesion . 3) endometrium echoes identified normal, no free fluid in pouch of douglas. 4) bilateral ovaries appear normal in size n echogenicity. no cystic or solid mass in bilateral adnexal region. with this report can i conceive in future.
