Difficulty Hearing With Airplane Sound In Ear After Being Slapped. Is This Serious?

hi, i got slapped several times and now i can barely hear properly with the right ear, i keep hearing a kind of airplane sound most especially when am in a quiet place. i visited a pharmacy shop and was given aurichlor chloramphenicol ear drop, its so painful to use.....sound still persists though i hav not been regular in using the drop

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having small perforation due to forceful slapping giving rise to this problem.
Put antibiotic ear drops 3 times a day for few days.
You can use other antibiotic ear drops like Ciprofloxacilin if Aurichlor drops gives you irritation.
Gradually perforation will be healed up.
Ok and take care.
