Dieting, feeling dizzy, hving phentermine green tea dietry supplement. Cause and cure for dizzyness?

Good Afternoon,
I just started a diet on Monday. My goal is to in take 1200 calories a day. I do work out anywhere from 100-300 calories a day. By the end of the day, I still have a a little more than 100 calories remaining. I also have been taking in 8-9 glass of water a day. I have been feel really dizzy the last few days. I have also started taking phentermine and green tea dietary supplement. What is causing me to feel dizzy?

You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
It could be the side effect of Phentermine...
It could be from supplement / change of electrolytes, deficiency of vitamin
It may be even be an unrelated ear problem!

initial adjustments happening. u can take lots of vegetable and fruit juices. u ll get adjusted to the new regime in 21 days--that is the conditioning period. u can also lie down whenever u feel dizzy or fold & open ur toes. chocolates can be handy if u ve less sugar level spells
