Dietary requirements for good health

I am a 46 y/o female in relatively good health. I walk 3.5 miles in 50 minutes almost daily. At 5'6 1/2", I weigh just under 120 lbs. I am wondering what my daily nutritional requirements are (i.e: calories, calcium, protein, fat, iron, etc)....
