Diet, Tips To Help IUGR Fetus To Put On Weight Before Birth?

Diet to help the IUGR fetus , thanks. YYYY@YYYY I can t upload any relevant material, I am 33 weeks pregnent n just found out that my baby has mild IUGR with weight of 1918 grams by ow. So can you suggest me the right diet contents such as high protein or high calcium and any helping tips to help the foetus to put weight on before birth. I am so worried since ibavane to know it yesterday,please help. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

Do not panic.
The fetus gains the maximum weight in the last trimester.So all is not lost yet.
Take high calorie diet,plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Take plenty of fluids and rest.
Take your normal quota of Vitamins,iron and calcium.
Stay happy and have a regular walk.
