first of all we it is not important what weight you have at what age..it is always depending upon your height also...please do not get very eager in inccreasing your weight in one month...i advice to plan for you by consuming more amount of calorie rich foods like milk products,animal foods,cheese and butter for a regular tperiod of 3 months...you will certainly increse your weight...
sir i am a gymmer. m gymig since 2 years. there is no effect on my body. so i want to increase fat in my body n i am a vegiterian so can u suggest me a simple diet. my sir told me to eat soyabean so m aading its power in milk n drinking every morning. so plez suggest me sumthing to increase my fat.
