Did Not Had Cycle For Months Then Had Heavy Bleeding, Abdominal, Vaginal Pain, Not Pregnant, Dizziness, Cold Sweat, Weakness.

I did not have a cycle for three months then had heavy bleeding 16 pads in a day it stopped suddenly for 26 hours then 4 more hours of heavy bleeding then horrible abdominal and vaginal pain and pressure went to er was not pregnant or anemic have fever last night 100.3 woke up and had sudden dizziness cold sweat weakness and paleness apon standing rested got up still weak and pale and having pain.

Thanks for the query.
The possible causes for your problem are :
- If you have done urine pregnancy test to diagnose pregnancy, better to go for blood test for pregnancy or ultrasound to rule out the possibility.
-Hormonal imbalance leading to menorrhagia.
-Thyroid hormonal abnormalities.
- Structural causes like fibroids, endometrial abnormalities, polyps etc.
So once consult gynecologist, get examined.
With her advice you can go for investigations like:
-Ultrasound,
-Hormonal profile including estrogen, progesterone, LH, FSH etc,
-Thyroid profile,
-Complete blood picture to rule out coagulation abnormalities etc.
By this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
In case of endometrial abnormalities, you may need one D&C for diagnostic and therapeutic purpose.
