Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Nausea. What Should I Do?

Hello,

I woke up yesterday at 3am with diarrhea and vomiting which continued throughout the morning. I couldn't even keep water down. Around 1pm the vomiting stopped but diarrhea and nausea have persisted. I have been able to keep fluids down, but can only drink in small amounts. I haven't been peeing much, my stomach is still churning and I have only been able to nibble on some soup crackers. What should I do?

Hi,
It seems that you are having Acute Gastro-Enteritis.
Consult your doctor as soon as possible as there are all chances of having dehydration and may require IV fluids if not taken treatment in time.
Take plenty of water, Electrolytes and ORS liquid.
Ok and take care.
