Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Lower Back Pain, Fever. Something Serious?

i have had some ongoing symptoms that is really starting to scare me all the doctors that i have been going to have not figured out what s wrong yet and i m waiting for the blood work to come back but i m getting worse in the mean time. i have had severe diarrhea for six days and some vomitting from time to time. I have had lower back pain where it s achy and tender to the touch. I have had a fever, however a fever lately has not been present any longer. I m feeling weaker every day sometimes I feel to weak to walk. The diarrhea is so bad that I have to wear my maxi pads at night because it flows out like water in my sleep. I m worried that it s something more serious and I m hoping that I have something less serious and it will go away.
