Hello, The given symptoms could be suggestive of dyspepsia, and it could be due to infection, food allergy, food poisoning, most of the time such symptoms or condition is self-limiting may not need any treatment but in case of diarrhea and vomiting great care needs to be taken for dehydration. If this is the infection still may not need any specific treatment if the symptoms are not severe but in severe form of infection hospitalize is necessary, do not try to stop the diarrhea by any means else it may cause the distension of abdomen due to paralytic ileus, mild to moderate symptoms can be managed with tablet Ofloxacin with Ornidazole twice in day for for four days with Ondansetron tablet for vomiting.
