Diarrhea, Vomiting, Watery Blisters On Arms And Hands, Itching

hi there i have been up all night with sickness n diarea, would it be due to th chicken i ate last night. Just the diarea is running right out me like im peeing fron my anal. And cant stop being sick aswell iv also been geting alot of watery blistets all over my hands and arms and are really itchy but just scab over when i scratch them. Iv never been ill but i feel so unergentic

Thanks for posting your query.
Do you have spasmodic abdominal pain/ fever/ decreased urine output?
You have most likely infected with some intestinal viral/ bacterial infection i.e. acute gastroenteritis.
You should consult with physician and dermatologist simultaneously & should get thorough check up.
You should maintain hydration by taking oral rehydration solution and maintain adequate urine output.
You should also take antibiotic course, anti-spasmodics and probiotics.
You should also avoid milk and all milk related products such as butter, yogurt, cheese.
