Diarrhea, Headache, Body Pain, Burning Sensation In Stomach. Should I Be Concerned?
I have had diarrhea for over a week with headaches and my body is aching mostly on my right shoulder arm and back. Ive also had sort of a burning sensation in my stomach and with the body aches mis this something I should be extremely concerned about? I believe now Im getting worse symptoms due to stressing and panicing.

Diarrhea with burning sensation in stomach may be due to Gastroenteritis, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, etc. Your headache and body ache may be due to your stress but not exactly..These are not serious conditions and need not be worried, still if you are too much concerned you can have an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and rule out other causes...
