Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Hope your son will be in good health. The scenario which you have given suggest that your son is suffering from infectious enteritis as he is having loose stool along with fever and stool examination further confirms this as there are increased WBCS and RBC in stool. I advise your son to visit one of the Gastroenterologist or Paediatrician (MD) who may ask investigations like stool or blood culture to see for culprit bacteria and antibiotics require to control the same, he may also require to undergo Renal function tests. Please avoid milk for a while. Instead may take curd which contains plenty of useful bacteria like lactobacillus which is a natural probiotic. If you are able to maintain his hydration status and able to provide him sufficient calories then he may be treated at home if any of these is no he may require hospitalization. I think this will solve your sons problem. Good bye. Please remain in touch.
