Diarrhea, Foul Smell From The Penis, Yellowish Urine. Infection?
Ive had diria the past couple days. Its really watery and sometimes a yellowy colour. I noticed when the diahria started my penis has a strong odour that ive nver smelled before. It comes back minutes after i wash it with soap and water. And also ive been drinkin nothin but water the past few days and my urine is really yellow. Idk if its because of an infection or wat? I just need some answers

The foul smell from penis might be due to collection of smegma under fore skin of glans.
Clean the fore skin of glans penis by averting fore skin with warm water.
Make a habit to cleaning fore skin by averting fore skin daily while taking bath.
Take plenty of water.
