Diarrhea, Bloating, Acidity, Dizziness And Weakness. Is There Something Wrong With My Digestive System?
On wed. I had a "stomach bug", I had cramping, dizziness,weakness and brown liquid (diarrhea) . Since then I have not been able to gain weight and am still very weak. I get very bloated after eating or drinking liquids. I also get very gassy and get very bad gas cramps at night. In the morning I still have loose stool but as the day goes it gets more solid. But the bloating is really bugging me as it gives me that knot feeling in my stomach so I don't want to feel. Is there something wrong now with my digestive system? Should I go to the Hospital?

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion you need to go to hospital to have investigations like ultrasonography as you are facing the problem till now. Take racedrotil capsule and rehydrate your self more with water and I also suggest you to take electral powder. You need to take tablet pantaprazole for atleast 14 days. Thank you.
