Diarrhea. On Medication For Seizures. What Could It Be?

My son has been puking all morning.
Even tho he has eaten it still mostly liquid. and its a lot at a time. this isn't the first time this has happened but before when he he threw up it was only one time then he was fine after. Today he has thrown up twice. he is on medication for seizures and has been for almost 3 years and has been to his Dr. I was just wondering what it could be?

there might be some infection or any organ involvement inabdomen
need to consult gastroentrrologist who can find the cause to treat
